She has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, she is an NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F), and a certified Sports and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Along with impressive credentials and knowledge she has years of experience training female Soldiers and helping them become the best version of themselves.
